Perfecting the idea

Jean-Philippe BosmanThis heritage and cooking enthusiast has managed to revive the soul of the establishment by making the necessary technological changes to provide healthy and tasty cuisine. With his extensive experience in the restaurant business, Jean-Philippe Bosman, who also owns the “Brasserie de la Terrasse” at the Cinquantenaire, wants to offer the best quality to his customers while respecting the environment as much as possible. He works daily with producers in shortcircuits, and by adapting his menu throughout the year, he pays tribute to local and seasonal products. This is why Le Roy d'Espagne can boast the GOOD FOOD label. In a “farandole” of authentic hand-cut fries, Ardennes ham, Chimay cheese croquettes, the aroma of the "Roy d'Espagne" beer elaborated by Jean Philippe Bosman, in collaboration with the JANDRAIN-JANDRENOUILLE brewery, delights the nostrils of those who push open the doors of the house. Between prestige and hospitality, the Roy d'Espagne offers a breathtaking setting: the Estaminet room, which can accommodate more than 120 people, is a reconstruction of a 19th century Brussels street, and the prestigious Salle des Actionnaires, recently renovated in a modern way, offers exceptional views of the Grand-Place of Brussels. Our strength is that we can accommodate 300 people for the meal and have 104 seats with an exceptional view of the Grand Place. This will delight your clients. The Roy d'Espagne is the ideal partner for leisure and business professionals and for your family reunions.
