Grey shrimp croquettes

Flemish beef stew
A beef stew slowly braised in dark beer, enhanced with a touch of gingerbread and Liège syrup. A hearty dish, deeply rooted in Flemish tradition.
Mussels and fries
The great classic of Belgian cuisine, served in its traditional pot. Our fresh mussels are prepared according to the season, accompanied by crispy golden fries.
Beef entrecôte
A generous grilled entrecôte, served with homemade béarnaise sauce, crispy green beans and golden fries. A brasserie classic, prepared with care.
